WHERE WERE WE?
Back with his family after finishing military service, Umut finds it impossible to return to his old and ‘normal’ life after witnessing and being involved in the violence perpetrated in military operations in southeast Turkey. What is more, he neither finds his parents as he left them, nor can resume being the person they have missed.
